LELO Luna Beads

The LELO Luna Pleasure Bead system combines fun and fitness at the same time. The LELO Luna Beads can help you to perform Kegel exercises and work the pelvic floor muscles. The benefits of using them daily will give increased vaginal muscle control, greater sensation and more intense orgasms.

The LELO Luna Pleasure Bead system consists of a silicone girdle and two weighted sets of dual ball spheres which are different. It allows you to select the combination that is the most suited to your needs. You can arrange a combination that is heavy on the top or bottom. You can use only one bead or start with two of the lighter beads and move to the heavier beads as your strength progresses. Since there are so many different combination choices, the LELO Luna system becomes a truly unique sexual toy.  

There are two sets of beads in each box of LELO Luna Beads: petal pink beads are light and powder blue beads are heavier. Foundation beads (the bead with the retrieval loop) may be inserted individually, too. The composition girdle is made of white medical grade silicone. The beads themselves are made of silicone rubber covered stainless steel balls inside ABS plastic beads.   

To use the beads, apply a water-based lubricant to them and insert them into your vagina. Make sure the retrieval string hangs down so they can be removed easily. You can position the beads just as you would a tampon.

Once you have the beads comfortably inserted, you can go about most normal activities such as walking, cleaning, even running. Movement causes PC muscle contractions and this means your muscles are trying to prevent the beads from slipping out. Movement while they are inserted is essential for muscle strengthening. Use the Luna system once a day for 30 minutes.

When you use the LELO Luna Beads, you will feel a slight vibration as the weighted balls move inside the beads. You can use the Luna Pleasure Beads for fitness, pleasure, or both.  

The two pink balls each weigh approximately one ounce, the blue balls are one and a third ounces each.
